Swings require dusting 2 to 3 times a week. If the swing gets really dirty, you can dry clean them or use any solvent ( eg dettol ) filled-in spot gun to clean dirty parts of the swing. The swing can only be dry cleaned. The mattress and cushion can be washed separately. (hand wash them gently ). Alcohol wipes can also be used if you have food stains on the swing.

• If you have received a wrong/damaged product mail us at (GIVEN MAIL ID) within the 7 days of receiving the order.
• Make a video during the un-boxing of your parcel in case the product is damaged during transit.
• If something happens during the transportation only then the swing will be exchanged. (text or mail us within 72 hours after the delivery).

Arrange a carpenter He/She will fix the hook for you in the ceiling in the beam. If you have a false ceiling or pop (plaster of Paris )the carpenter, will drill a hole and then fix the hook. Rest is self-installation
