If you do not feel completely satisfied with your swing for any reason within 3 days of delivery, you can simply return it and receive a maximum refund, following these options:

Original Form and Packaging Return (80% Refund):
If the swing is in its original, unused, and unaltered condition with all packaging materials intact, you will receive 80% refund.
This option requires you to ship the product back to our warehouse yourself. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for your protection.

Assisted Return with 60% Refund:
If you prefer, we can arrange a return pickup for your convenience.
In this case, a 40% deduction will be applied from your refund to cover the cost of the return service. This ensures you receive a 60% refund.
Additional Notes:
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product in the specified condition.
- This Money Back Guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from wow swings and cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
- This money back guarantee does not apply to any of your customised swings.
There might be a pending question to some in their back of mind that, why don't we give 100% refund? because being in heavy bulky category like handmade swings, more than 20% is taken by logistics network employed to serve your order, which we never get refund in any return case. So to ensure healthy financials, we can accomodate 80-60 % as refunds.
